According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2019, the net domestic migration for Nebraska was -4,643. Sarpy County had the highest net domestic migration (1,345) followed by Saunders County (258), and Buffalo County (79). On the other hand, Douglas County had the lowest net domestic migration (-694), followed by Hall County (-624), and Dawson County (-467).

Net Domestic Migration for a given county refers to the the difference between number of people moving to the county from other parts of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and number of people moving out of the county to other parts of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico).
