According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2013, the net domestic migration rate for South Carolina was 6.18. Horry County had the highest net domestic migration rate (24.42) followed by Jasper County (18.16), and Lancaster County (14.81). On the other hand, Bamberg County had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-16.73), followed by Hampton County (-15.56), and Allendale County (-13.93).
