According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2011, the net international migration for Arizona was 17,104. Maricopa County had the highest net international migration (11,929) followed by Pima County (2,537), and Pinal County (1,193). On the other hand, Graham County had the lowest net international migration (4), followed by Mohave County (5), and Greenlee County (26).
