California Net International Migration By County in 2012
According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2012, the net international migration for California was 95,561. Los Angeles County had the highest net international migration (26,618) followed by San Diego County (14,054), and Santa Clara County (13,528). On the other hand, Tulare County had the lowest net international migration (-417), followed by Madera County (-80), and Imperial County (-80).
Net International migration for a given county refers to the difference between the number of people moving to the county from other parts of the world outside the borders of the United States (50 states and District of Columbia) and the number of people moving out of the county to other parts of the world outside the borders of the United States.
