According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2015, the net international migration for Idaho was 3,294. Idaho had the highest net international migration (3,294) followed by Ada County (1,312), and Bannock County (419). On the other hand, Payette County had the lowest net international migration (-20), followed by Kootenai County (-11), and Franklin County (-9).
