According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2011, the net international migration for Minnesota was 12,203. Hennepin County had the highest net international migration (5,074) followed by Ramsey County (3,143), and Dakota County (545). On the other hand, Wilkin County had the lowest net international migration (-1), followed by Martin County (-1), and Traverse County (0).
