New York Net International Migration By County in 2018

According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the net international migration for New York was 57,774. Bronx County had the highest net international migration (11,458) followed by Queens County (10,456), and Kings County (8,908). On the other hand, Jefferson County had the lowest net international migration (-27), followed by Hamilton County (0), and Tioga County (2).

Net International migration for a given county refers to the difference between the number of people moving to the county from other parts of the world outside the borders of the United States (50 states and District of Columbia) and the number of people moving out of the county to other parts of the world outside the borders of the United States.
