According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2017, the net international migration for North Dakota was 2,875. Cass County had the highest net international migration (1,221) followed by Ward County (397), and Grand Forks County (345). On the other hand, Kidder County had the lowest net international migration (-2), followed by Foster County (-2), and Nelson County (-1).
