According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2015, the net migration for Nebraska was 1,918. Sarpy County had the highest net migration (1,698) followed by Lancaster County (1,622), and Douglas County (1,545). On the other hand, Hall County had the lowest net migration (-428), followed by Dawson County (-313), and Scotts Bluff County (-273).

Net migration for a county refers to the difference between the number of migrants, both domestic and international, moving to the county and those leaving the county. Or to put it simply, the net migration for a given county is the inbound migration minus the outbound migration for that county.
