Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, among all California counties, Los Angeles County had the highest number of people who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (19.65K), followed by San Diego County (14.56K), and Riverside County (11.67K).
