Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, among all Nevada counties, Clark County had the highest number of people who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (9.61K), followed by Washoe County (6.04K), and Elko County (2.41K).
