Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, among all South Dakota counties, Oglala Lakota County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (93.62%), followed by Todd County (87.98%), and Buffalo County (82.71%).
