Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, among all North Dakota counties, Sioux County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (3.12%), followed by Mountrail County (2.22%), and Benson County (2.02%).
