Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, among all Washington counties, Adams County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (5.9%), followed by Yakima County (3.15%), and Okanogan County (2.59%).
