Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, among all Louisiana counties, Jefferson Parish had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Hispanic Black or African American (1.6%), followed by Orleans Parish (1.48%), and Allen Parish (1.25%).
