Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, among all New York counties, Franklin County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (7.23%), followed by Cattaraugus County (3.22%), and Genesee County (1.04%).
