Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, among all North Carolina counties, Orange County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Asian (6.87%), followed by Wake County (5.48%), and Mecklenburg County (4.67%).
