Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, among all South Carolina counties, Allendale County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (72.32%), followed by Williamsburg County (64.04%), and Lee County (62.99%).
