Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, among all Wyoming counties, Laramie County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (2.13%), followed by Albany County (1.14%), and Sweetwater County (1.03%).
