Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, among all Wyoming counties, Crook County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic White (95.43%), followed by Niobrara County (94.33%), and Hot Springs County (94.11%).
