Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, the Number of Deaths for the United States was 2.70M. Among all US counties, Los Angeles County had the highest number of deaths (63.17K), followed by Cook County (40.29K), and Maricopa County (30.34K).

On the other hand, Kalawao County had the lowest number of deaths (0) followed by Grant County (1), and King County (1).
