Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, the Natural Population Increase for the United States was 996.20K. Among all US states and DC, California had the highest natural population increase (191.83K), followed by Texas (179.17K), and New York (72.56K).

On the other hand, West Virginia had the lowest natural population increase (-5.04K) followed by Maine (-2.31K), and New Hampshire (-652).
