Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, among all US states and DC, Florida had the highest net domestic migration (111.64K), followed by Texas (107.62K), and North Carolina (39.01K).

On the other hand, New York had the lowest net domestic migration (-112.51K) followed by Illinois (-68.00K), and California (-53.39K).
