Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, among all US states and DC, California had the highest number of people who identified their race as Non-Hispanic Asian (5.07M), followed by New York (1.53M), and Texas (1.07M).

On the other hand, Wyoming had the lowest number of people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian (4.90K), followed by Montana (6.91K), and North Dakota (8.17K).
