Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, among all US states and DC, Hawaii had the highest percentage of its population who identified their race as Non-Hispanic Asian (37.26%), followed by California (13.35%), and New Jersey (8.75%).

On the other hand, Montana had the lowest percentage of its population who identified as Non-Hispanic Asian (0.69%), followed by West Virginia (0.75%), and Wyoming (0.85%).
