Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, among all US states and DC, California had the highest number of people who identified their race as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander (134.98K), followed by Hawaii (132.43K), and Washington (40.61K).

On the other hand, Vermont had the lowest number of people that identified as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander (140), followed by District of Columbia (227), and Delaware (262).
