Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, among all US states and DC, Hawaii had the highest percentage of its population who identified their race as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander (9.60%), followed by Alaska (1.09%), and Utah (0.88%).

On the other hand, Michigan had the lowest percentage of its population who identified as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander (0.02%), followed by Pennsylvania (0.02%), and Vermont (0.02%).
