Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, among all US states and DC, California had the highest number of people who identified their race as Non-Hispanic White (14.67M), followed by Texas (11.89M), and Florida (11.38M).

On the other hand, District of Columbia had the lowest number of people that identified as Non-Hispanic White (256.31K), followed by Hawaii (311.80K), and Alaska (448.07K).
