Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, among all US states and DC, New Mexico had the highest percentage of its population who identified their race as Hispanic White (43.60%), followed by Texas (37.01%), and California (35.67%).
On the other hand, West Virginia had the lowest percentage of its population who identified as Hispanic White (1.71%), followed by Maine (1.72%), and Vermont (2.09%).
