Upon entering livestock area for inspection of ante mortem at 0730 at Central Kentucky Meats Est M27257, I REDACTED observed water was not available for the beef in their holding pen in accordance with HATS III. I notified owner Jerome Salyers of the non compliance report being issued. Water was then given to the beef as a corrective action In accordance with cfr 9 313.2 e animals shall have access to water in all holding pens.
