Non-Compliance Description:

Around 1105 hours, while performing an ante-mortem inspection on cattle in the holding pens, I observed the establishment failed to provide access to water to livestock in pens 1-4. I immediately informed slaughter manager, REDACTED, of my observations and intent to document a report of noncompliance. Mr. REDACTED took immediate action and filled the water troughs after notification. This is noncompliant with 9 CFR 313.2(e).
