HATS CATEGORY III: Water and Feed Availability (9CFR313.2) On12/9/2021, at approx. 1010 hours, Dr. REDACTED, SPHV and I (CSI REDACTED), during the performance of a scheduled livestock humane handling task, observed one beef cow in the livestock pen without water. We immediately notified the establishment owner/operator Mr. REDACTED. He immediately supplied water to the animal. The corrective action was immediate and in our presence, regulatory control action was not necessary. This NR serves as notification of the establishments failure to comply with 9CFR313.2. PHIS search reveled no similar NRs in the past 90 days.
