HATS Category III: Water and Food Availability; 9 CFR 313.2 (e), On September 13, 2022, at approximately 1230 hours, after returning from the 30 minute lunch break, I, REDACTED, CSI, observed the following non-compliance. Resting in the kill floor, intended as the next lot to be slaughtered, were 10 live small livestock animals (6 goats and 4 lambs). In my observation, I also noted that there were no buckets of water in the pen, nor any other form of water availability. I notified a team employee, who immediately took corrective action by supplying a bucket of water, and I informed Mr. REDACTED, Kill-floor attendant, and Mr. REDACTED, owner, that I will be documenting a non-compliance record according to my observations.
