Non-Compliance Description:

Category III - Water and Feed Availability At approximately 7:15 am, I observed the pen area to verify that all the animals had water. The small pen (1 of 2) with 8 dairy cows had no water in the one water trough. I notified an employee and he immediately filled the water trough. Several dairy cows immediately drank water.  The establishment failed to provide water to the animals in the small holding pen. This is a violation of 9 CFR 313.2(e).  Mr. REDACTED and Mr. REDACTED were verbally notified of the noncompliance.
