Category VII - Slips and Falls At approximately 8:50 AM, I observed 3 bovine animals in the part of the chute system and when I approached the chute area, the animals started to move around the area. All three of the bovine animals were slipping and one of the bovine animals fell and his brisket touched the floor. The floor of that chute area had mud/feces that could have contributed to the slips and fall. Mr. REDACTED was verbally notified of the noncompliance with 9 CFR 313.1(b) and that a noncompliance record will be issued.
