On December 5th 2022 at approximately 7:00AM at Micro Summit Processors (TA-45092) while performing the Humane Handling Task I observed the following Non Compliance. Upon checking the pens I noticed a pig was without water in pen # 4. The barrel of water was outside of the gate out in the alleyway leaving the pig without water. Upon notifying REDACTED the Plant Supervisor water was then given to the pig. REDACTED (Plant Supervisor) was notified of the noncompliance and the failure of 9CFR 313.2(e).
