HATS CATEGORY III WATER AND FEED AVAILABILITY. Today, December 29, 2022, at approximately 0715 hours while performing antemortem inspection, the following noncompliance was observed. The container holding the water for the livestock to drink was empty. This is noncompliant with 9CFR313.2(e). Upon my notification, one of the employees added water to the container to correct the situation. I notified Mr. REDACTED of this noncompliance both verbally and in writing with this document. A review of the noncompliance file indicated no similar non compliances in the past 90 days.
