Category II - Truck Unloading 10/21/2022 1245 hours. On Friday October 21, 2022 approximately at 1245 hours when I reached the barn area to perform ante-mortem inspection, I saw the plant driver who regularly loads hogs from REDACTED yelling and screaming loudly at the hogs during the unloading process which resulted in running of the animals from the truck into the barn. I instructed the plant employee to stop his screaming at the hogs and he responded immediately to my instructions. The unloading and driving of animals processes must be done quietly with minimum of excitement and discomfort and at normal walking speed. I informed REDACTED, Plant supervisor with the noncompliance. The plant was not compliant with 9 CFR 313.2 (a).
