On 08/19/2024 at approximately 1230 hours, the following humane handling noncompliance was observed while I, CSI/IIC REDACTED was making observations at Bay Lake Farms (est. #M1786). While at the animal pens area I noted two pens with two cows each and four pens with one cow each. Of all the pens, only one pen with one cow in it had access to water. 9 CFR 313.2(e) requires water to be provided for animals at all times. I notified REDACTED of this non-compliance. The establishment took corrective actions by placing water buckets in each pen and filling them with water.
