On 7/01/2024 HATS: Category III: Water and Feed Ability While performing Anti-Mortem Inspection: HATS Category III, 2 Animals ready for Anti-Mortem Inspection being held in the lower corner pens were without access to water Management REDACTED was notified and was informed a Non-Compliance would be issued Slaughter employee immediately went out and furnished water to animals. This is a Violation of 9 CFR 313.2(e) Which states in part "Animals shall have access to water in holding pens at all times".
