Today, 5/16/24, at around 9:00am, the captive bolt was used two times on animal #22. The first stunt failed, and the animal was not unconscious, then the employee fired a second one. The animal was unconscious with the second stunt.

At around 2:10pm, CSI checked pens, driveways and ramps of the establishment. IIC found at the entrance to the pens with excess fecal matter and blood, creating a slippery floor. IIC rejected area with tags B-45 281556. After verifying records, IIC did not found inspection by QC of pens area. (Answer of NR HCA4308011519N)
