Non-Compliance Description:

HATS Category III- Water and Feed Availability On 03/06/2024 at approximately 0603 hours while conducting a humane handling visit, Dr. REDACTED, District Veterinary Medical Specialist (DVMS), observed the following noncompliance. Three steers in Pen 3 did not have access to water, as the water container was devoid of water. Dr. REDACTED pointed out the finding to Mr. REDACTED, establishment employee, who immediately refilled the container with water. Mr. REDACTED , Production Manager, was informed of 313.2(e).the noncompliance and the establishment’s failure to comply with the regulatory requirements prescribed in 9 CFR 313.2(e).
