HATS Category IV- Antemortem Inspection On 1-31-24 at 12:30 p.m. during a humane handling task the District Veterinary Medical Specialist (Dr. REDACTED) and the CSI (REDACTED) pointed out a few sharp, rust corroded sections of pipes and areas in the animal holding pens 2 and 4 as this is non-compliant with regulation 313.1(a) "Livestock pens, driveways and ramps" to the establishment owner (REDACTED).no animals were put in these 2 pens to avoid animal injury, furthermore no animals were harmed as the 2 pens in non-compliance were not used for the duration of the day.
