On September 29, 2025, at approximately 0750 hours, at Circle F Meat Processing Inc, (EST.M1155), IIC observed the following non-compliance while performing the Livestock Humane Handling Task. Outside in the animal holding pens IIC observed that there were two hogs in a single holding pen without water. The establishment failed to properly ensure all animals placed in the holding pens have access to water at all times, which is non-compliant with 9 CFR 313.2(e) Establishment management was notified of the non-compliance.

On December 23, 2024 at Circle F Processing EST M1155 IPP observed a humane handling violation during the stunning step, while in the slaughter area, establishment the employee failed to rendered the animal unconscious on the first stunning attempt, the employee initiated an immediate corrective action and successfully rendered the animal unconscious. two bullet holes were verified on post mortem examination This is in violation of 9CFR 313.16(A)(1) Immediate corrective action was taken. Establishment management were notified of this finding both verbally and in writing of the NR.
