On 02/13/2025 at approximately 08:30am while performing humane handling PHIS task following noncompliance was observed. The animal walkways had a sheet of ice by the entrance to the holding pen. I immediately notified REDACTED(Supervisor) of dangerous unsafe conditions. This is considered potential slip and fall hazard while the cattle is being driven into the holding pens. US rejected tag was not applied because plant took immediate corrective action and removed ice from walkways. I informed REDACTED that this is a noncompliance of 9CFR 313.1(b) and noncompliance record will be documented. There is no NR’s for the same problem or documented for the last 90 days
