Tuesday, 09/23/25 At approximately 6:30 AM and while performing a Human Handling Inspection and Verification task at WGP M932, IPP observed in two (2) pens holding lambs to slaughter this same day, that the source of water offered to the animals, was not only insufficient in quantity but in very poor hygienic conditions, meaning a mixed of water and manure. FSIS313.2.e states that that water must be provided to the animals hold in the pen, whenever they have to stay, for periods of up to 24 hours. Mr. REDACTED was notified of the Non-Compliance.

Tuesday, 09/23/25; At approximately 6:30 AM and while performing a Human Handling Observation and Verification task, at WGP, M932, IPP observed the following Non-Compliance: -In either one of the holding pens, with a capacity of around 50 heads of goats and or lambs, the offer of drinking water was not only insufficient, but in really poor sanitary conditions, highly contaminated with feces and strong urine odor. This situation is in Not Compliance with regulation 313.2(e). Mr. REDACTED, was notified of the Non Compliance.

Monday, 07/14/2025; 6:30 AM; While performing an Ante Morten routine task, IPP observed that the offer of water to the livestock housed in the pens, was not only insufficient, but in very poor cleanliness condition. Mr. REDACTED was notified of the Non Compliance. 313.1

Monday 01/27/25; 06:30 AM. While performing Ante-Morten inspection, IPP observed that at least in two pens the waterers providing the liquid to the livestock hold in them, had not only a dirty content, but frozen, making it unsuitable for drinking. 313.1 Mr. REDACTED the manager, was notified of the Non-Compliance, who instructed the personnel to remove the content of the waterers, wash them and replace water for the animals to drink.

Thursday, December 05/2024. While performing the Ante Morten Inspection, previous to the killing process, IPP observed that all sources of drinkable water for the animals staying in the pens, were not only insufficient, but in very poor healthy conditions, meaning dirty. Management was notified of the Non Compliance.
