According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2022, Pennsylvania added the highest number of jobs to the local government heavy and civil engineering construction industry (35), followed by Connecticut (31), and Illinois (28).

On the other hand, Texas added the least number of jobs (-94), followed by Oregon (-93), and Massachusetts (-83).
