According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2022, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the local government heavy and civil engineering construction industry (100), followed by Massachusetts (49), and Virginia (34).

On the other hand, Ohio added the least number of jobs (-260), followed by Connecticut (-184), and Minnesota (-144).
