According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2023, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the local government lessors of real estate industry (11), followed by Tennessee (8), and New Jersey (7).

On the other hand, Arizona added the least number of jobs (-148), followed by Indiana (-72), and Montana (-34).
