According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2023, Florida added the highest number of jobs to the local government lessors of real estate industry (10), followed by Oklahoma (10), and Tennessee (9).

On the other hand, West Virginia added the least number of jobs (-53), followed by New Jersey (-21), and California (-13).
